Product Description
EPIMEDIUM x warleyense ‘Orange Queen’ – Orange Queen Barrenwort/Bishop’s Hat
Light orange flowers top the large olive-green foliage in early spring. Epimediums are aristocratic groundcovers rarely growing more than a foot tall. They are the perfect solution for use under leggy shrubs or under trees with competing roots tolerating dry shade. Leaves are attached to wiry stems and can be evergreen, semi-evergreen or deciduous depending on the species. Evergreen/semi-evergreen are likely native to Mediterranean areas while the deciduous are native to China.
