‘Palace Purple’ has large, shiny foliage ranging in color from deep olive green to purplish bronze with metallic amethyst purple underside. Tiny white/pink bell-shaped flowers bloom on airy panicles above the foliage in late spring. Perennial Plant of Year 1991.
